Aims of the project were: to raise employability and vocational mobility of paramedics through VET competencies improvement in the field of development of VOLL skills by transfer of structure and methodology of Podcasting project as flexible didactic system; to raise paramedics competences on own labour market and foreign markets; to develop socially enhanced delivery system; to provide attractive VET training.Impact of the project: Short-term impact on the target groups was analysing their needs and preparing suitable training offer. Project impacted VET systems by providing the tool that can be used by various target groups and VET providers.
