The project is part of the National Plan for Digital School (PNSD) which aims to promote the link between educational innovation and digital technologies by strengthening the preparation of teachers on digital competence in teaching.The objectives of the project refer to the National Plan declined in territorial specificity:- Increase in the number of teachers of educational institutions of the Consortium that use digital tools in education;- Diversification of the number of digital tools used in teaching;- Increase of interdisciplinary activities with innovative methodological approaches and use of digital tools;- Use of digital tools with students with specific learning needs;- Implementation of eTwinning projects with European partners in the schools of the region;- Increase of European design in the schools of the region.The presence of a Digital Animator at each school, provided by PNSD, responsible for internal training at the school and the organization of training workshops, requires high professionalism in line with the best European practices. This will allow the spread of a digital teaching in classes and in local schools.In context of a border region with multilingual vocation and open attitude in European educational proposals, it was considered necessary to provide experiences abroad for Digital Animators. These experiences will involve in international mobility 39 teachers and will see two implementation methods: structured training courses and job shadowing in schools that conduct an innovative digital teaching.Digital Animators, selected to participate, will be able to deal with cultural stimuli by European research with colleagues from the host schools and schools of the consortium on teaching methods and effectiveness in learning of the students and in class climate.Back at home, participants will disseminate lessons learned from the colleagues in their school and in the territory. This will generate a in fall process on teachers and Innovation on digital teaching.The impact on the participants will take place at the individual level, at the Group of Digital Animators, at the Consortium , at local and regional School System, at USR-FVG, at the National Education System and also at European level, allowing the comparison of Italian best practices in Europe.To assess the achievement of objectives and measure results are planned activities with the use of tools for the collection of qualitative and quantitative data.In particular it is provided for the statistical detection of:1) mainly quantitative data: number of other teachers involved, number of educational proposals elaborated, changes in the curriculum inserted in the POF of individual institutions, number of meetings within the school, interdisciplinary character of the educational proposals, (No. disciplines involved), into institute;2) Data mostly qualitative: satisfaction questionnaire, self-assessment of learning related to digital teaching;3) further qualitative elements with a tailored format for school leaders of the consortium aimed to detect any changes / improvements and / or impact within the school.
