Project “ADOR” is a multilateral youth exchange realized with the efforts of young people from 5 countries: Italy, Moldova, Portugal, Ukraine and Greece. The main aim of the project is to raise awareness about the migrant’s needs and problems through the creative workshops on migration, music, handcrafts, photography, sharing best practices as well as by developing the youngsters leadership and creative skills. In order to achieve this aim the following main objectives are established:1. Raise awareness about migrant’s needs and problems they face in inclusion process, 2. Reflect on the possible solution for the migrants problems and share the best practices in the filed 3. Offer a space to young people where they could increase inter-cultural competences, develop leadership and creative skills 4. Empower young people to take an active role in their local communities and develop future joint initiative.Thus, 41 young people and youth leaders, representing a mixed group of youth and youth with fewer opportunities, will meet in Moldova, during 21-29 august 2016, to raise awareness about the migrant’s needs and developing the youngsters leadership and creative skills. The youngsters will be involved in a variety of creative, interactive and interesting activities that will help them increase and share their knowledge. Moreover, the activities are planned to be done in teams, that’s why the youth will have to learn to work together. At work we plan to fully use the methods of non-formal education: brainstorming, learning by doing, teamwork, working in small groups, workshops, interactive methods, role SALTO games, simulations, discussions, evaluation, creative activities and more. The decision to apply with this project is based on our desire to share experience in non-formal education, to increase participants' awareness as well as knowledge and encourage the participation of young people, to conduct youth exchanges, to bring together the practical methods of informal learning, to stimulate the need of the young people to acquire new knowledge, to support the integration of young people into society by encouraging their initiative and participation, to promote equality at all levels of society, to create an opportunity to participate in international project for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, to improve knowledge about the "Erasmus+" and develop future interactions.It is expected that this international experience will have a positive impact on the personal development of the participants at theproject and in particular on becoming more aware about the migrants issue, developing leadership and creative skills, as well as learning about different countries and cultures.
