It is well known that knowing foreign languages at a low level prevents young people to seek job opportunities in other countries or organizations working at European level. According to statistics at European level only 4 of 10 students reached the advanced level in the first language and 14% (first foreign language) and 20% (2nd foreign language) do not reach the basic level. English has a very important role in life everyday but according to EU studies proficiency in more than one foreign language will make a decisive difference in the future, the ability to speak several languages is necessary in the modern economy leading to a greater competitiveness in the labor market, create jobs and lead to personal development of young people. Personal empowerment of young people is a very important factor in achieving success personally and professionally by them in the future through good goal setting and acting in order to obtain their youth can acquire the necessary skills becoming more competitive labor market opening to new opportunities entrepreneurship etc. In this youth exchange will be conducted activities based on non formal and informal education and peer learning; its aim is to increase awareness of the importance of acquiring new skills or developing the ecxistent ones by the young participants to improve their career prospects. Specific objectives Raising awareness of the importance of knowledge of at least 2 languages fluently in order to increase employment opportunities and increase mobility on a personal level by the 24 young participants. Increase personal empowerment among the 24 young participants. Increase the attractiveness of youth programs offered by the three participating organizations. Methods: games, animation, role play, debates, presentations, peer to peer education, public events, open space, open forum, interviews, writing articles, research, case study, etc. The expected impact is represented by: gaining awareness by the 24 participants in order to learn new languages and attend personal development programs and activities. Increasing the level of media interest with minimum 20% interest in promoting voluntary actions, actions aimed Personal Development , activities organized by NGOs etc. Increasing the level of interest with minimum 30% interest in public and private institutions across the Erasmus + projects as a way of promoting international town and the impact it has on young people. Increase by at least 30% of youth participation in events organized by NGOs and other institutions that offer them the chance to acquire new skills and knowledge.
