La Ligue de l'enseignement and its European partners are involved in Europe as representatives of the civil society. They witness the raise of all kinds of extremism everywhere in Europe and mistrust towards the EU and its institutions.In order to take part to the renewal of a shared European citizenship, this exhcnage project pursues the following objectives :- provide a space for engagement, mobility and intercultural discovery to around 40 young people ;- "speake about Europe" by questionning the common values and what makes sens in the daily lives of the participants ;- organise an encounter and dialogue between young Europeans, which will foster exchanges between peers and favour te aquisition of new compétences and skills.The exchange will take place from 21-26 June in Strasbourg, simultaneously to the Congress of la Ligue de l'enseignement and will enable the participants to experience European citizenship. They will develop together proposals for the imporvements of policies on issues that matter to them (environment, employment...) which they will present during the closing session of the Congress of la Ligue de l'enseignement.The main impact of this exchange will be to be part of a reappropriation of the construction of European identity by the citizens, especially the youngest ones, who will be the actors of the XXIst century society.
