Context : The MFR network is composing of 73 training organization in Pays de la Loire. All associations is deal with the involvement who deciding. The involvement are composed of parents (about 50%) and the professionnel representative the craft careers of every vocational training. Their responsibilities are to manage, to apply, to develop a structure, rule education and teaching purposes training. The Federation Regional organized on the same principles, is here to animate the regional network and helping …. Problematic : The context social and economic in the Pays de la Loire, en France, in Europe, wonder the administrator (parents), The parents, the professionals play a central role in educational accompaniment. However it is noted that the parents remain often far away from the European dimension of the formations and the question of the mobility of learning. The European Union is known little about, displacements in Europe worry, the relations between educative teams and parents are to be reinforced. In 2012, regional administrators, from the problems of the MFR, decided to mobilize all the network on the project: To accompany the parents responsible for training companies MFR by their implication in projects innovating by European mobility. The 5 departments of the Loire Regions are represented: 3 goals: • Sensitize and reassure the parents on interest an european education • Strengthen the involvement of administrators in the youth professional training in Europe • Develop an european culture in the MFR of Pays de la Loire The observation training : Two european partners “shadowing” are favourably request thematics. The Mizil city hall in Romania accompanied by two colleges . In Spain, El Campico association in Elché (training organizated accompanied by the parents federation (FAPA association). A preparatory visit nearby the partnership allowed to know, to understanding to lay the foundation work (October 2013). Then distances trade, with work sessions (about 10). The Federation Regional of MFR is aware the specificity of the theme and enforces a welcome two european partners to finalize the preparatory phase (from 23 to 27 march 2015). In this collaboration and response to aims, an internship en Spain (from 4 to 9 of October 2015) and en Romania (from 3 to 9 October 2015) it’s done. The activity on the spot consisted with : • To accommodate and integrate the participants in the exchanges of practices • To understand the systems of education and training in the respective countries • To discuss the place of the parents in the systems of formation • To meet young people, parents, actors of the formation on our representations of European education • To discuss the place of the companies and the communities on the development of a European culture in the territories • Discovered territory, of its specificities • Assessment of internship, projection, put in prospect The end result : Profit actors of their mobility, engaged in the exchanges of practices near the partners. A group of recipients reinforced in the idea to imply itself near their even administrators. Partners curious and invested in the set of themes. Effects of the action in relation to the expected impacts of the global project : • January 2016 : Welcome in company of 9 young Spanish trainees (business landscape) • From 19 to 26 April 2016 : Welcome in MFR network (30 young Spanish immigrant). They are along with 5 parents and 5 teachers. • 24 March 2016 : Mobility ambassadors explain their business plan in front of MFR conference. • 13 April 2016 : Mobility Ambassadors communicate on the project, their experience and action plans at the national meeting of MFR in Paris (3000 delegates) • June 2016 : Ongoing actions
