MOBILNOST - Tetovo is association of persons with physical disabilities from the region of Tetovo and Gostivar, Republic of Macedonia, with over 600 members, citizens of the Republic of Macedonia who because of a certain kind and degree of physical disabilities have specific needs. We represent the interests of people with physical disabilities, aiming to contribute social inclusion of the persons with physical disabilities by implementing various types of activities. "Access for all" is Youth Exchange is 10 days Youth Exchange which wild be held in Ohrid, from 10 to 19 October 2014 (10 days) connecting 32 participants and 4 group leaders coming from four European countries: Macedonia, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina and CRoatia . The aim of the project is very simple: equal access for all. We will provide them an unique opportunity to break prejudices and stereotypes and raise awareness of wide population when tackling the issue of disabilities and including young people with this disorder into society. Through different methods and various activities participants will be encourage to learn more about each other as well it will be for them an opportunity to increase their understanding and knowledge about voluntarism and disabilities and give them open space for practicing their skills. Therefore, through non-formal educational methods, such as role plays, open discussions, skills development workshops, etc., this project will enable participants to gain ideas and solutions, final proposals which are expected to have influence not just in local level, but also to be spread internationally, especially on European level. The final product of this exchange will be short booklet with suggestions and directives from all participants for complete and effective participation and inclusion in society (education, social and cultural aspects, employability, etc), equal participation in any segment of the life. Another important aspect of this event is the cultural dimension of it. The diversity of partners try to ensure cultural diversity too. 36 participants from 4 different countries, with different cultures and tradition can exchange great experiences and learn many things each other. The last but not least contribution of this project is that in collaboration and communication with the partners we are expecting that there will be several follow ups of it. It means that we won't stop just with this short Youth Exchange, we will continue working in this area.
