27 young people, half from SEE and half from EU country, for 7 days they will participate on the TC in Kosovo. The main idea behind this Training Course is to equip youth workers, as well as those who wish to work directly with youth, with necessary competences with respect to trainers' and youth workers' ethic.The Training Course will introduce a scheme of ethical conduct in international youth work, beneficial for further development of trainers/facilitators/group leader/project organisers. The Training will look at development of participants' ethical awareness and to promote principles of code of ethics of an international youth worker, developing their knowledge over the theme, skills of conduct and overall awareness of the importance of reflection on ethics when working with youth. The theme is closely related to issues of health and. safety as well as child protection in youth work and will benefit both participants and their organisations directly. ¡The methodology will be based in non-formal education and intercultural dialogue. In this way all theiparticipants will have opportunity to involve during the sessions.BLINK will be the hosting association and also is responsible to implement all the activity.
