The implement of the project offers us the possibility to give a real chance of compaibiliy between the Romanian National System of Education and the European one. We will put into practice the experience which the participants have accumulated and we will take into consideration the good examples noticed during the initial training of the future teaching staff of the elementary school. The Romanian pupils belonging to the Vocational Pedagogical School will be placed to perform their special merging practical period in schools belonging to Spanish Education System – and this is in accordance with the needs of the Project for Institutional Development . This requires the adjustment of the process of training the future graduates to the current needs of a Modern European System, in which education bases on pragmatic principles, based on the minimum transmission of information and focuses on development of competences, skills and abilities . The profound study and the diversification of the special formation in direct relation with the Spanish Educational System will lead to the development of the educational action and will provide for the pupils a better transition to an active life. Objectives: To facilitate the possibilities of a rapid adaptation to the modern educational system through practical experience in an educational system compatible with the European System. To create transnational partnerships and to develop Intra-European relationships with the purpose of implement of common structures in order to ensure quality in education. To acquire linguistic knowledge and knowledge about the Spanish Culture and life. The participants are 16 pupils in the 12th grade, belonging to the vocational structure, kindergarten teacher and school teacher . When they graduate they receive a school leaving examination diploma and a certificate of attestation of the professional shills they acquired after studying the theoretical and practical subject of speciality. They will spend a period of 3 weeks, in March 2015 at the reception organization and they will run through a cultural program coordinated by the MEP Euro-projects Granada Organization . The main activities which are taking place in this period following: to know the Spanish Educational System and the Spanish Learning Process in general, instructive–educative activities taking places in classroom in order to observe , practical instructive-educative activities achieved by the pupils, other types of educational activities . The project implements elements of the ECVET System, because a Memorandum of agreement is going to be concluded through which are identified the obtaining results of learning, it will be settled the assessment process and the way in which we validate and acknowledge the results of the learning process. On the basis of this an Agreement of training formation will be concluded and this will define the objective of the mobility, the responsibilities and the obligations of the formation supplier and of the sending establishments, the training formation periods and place, the responsibilities of the person who is trained and the assessment procedures. Returning in our country, the obtained results after the assessment in the pupil's training will be acknowledged, validated, transferred and included on the basis of the mentioned documents and the Mobility Euro-pass Certificates. The working methodology has in view: To lay the roles down as a fact within the four corners of the partnership through the mediation of the Memorandum of Agreement concluded with the reception associations and the Agreement of Partnership concluded with the intermediate association, Results and Impact On short time Better knowledge, abilities and competences in the field of practical training for school-teachers. 16 pupils-trainers for their mates at the secondary school and for the pupils at the Vocational–Pedagogical Secondary-Schools belonging to the Centre Region. To have a Knowledge of the Spanish Education System and of a new European cultural space to identify themselves with it. To develop the abilities and qualities of adaptability and the development of the team-work spirit On long time-the portfolio contains elaborated materials and this would be integrated in the special training of the special training of the pupils belonging to different years of study - Booklet - A Competitive System of Education –electronic format -transfer of good examples from a competitive and modern system of education towards the Romanian Education System - the" good example" model could be multiplied and spread it in the region and in the country, -the Pedagogical school graduat will increase in competitiveness -to strengthen and consolidate the co-operation between the Romanian school and European schools -to create a framework for providing the transparence of the qualifications and skills for implement of ECVET.
