AB Ülkelerinde Eğitimde Uygulanan Kalite Yönetim Sistemine ait Örnek Model Oluşturularak Ülkemizde Uygulanması

25 teachers and directors participated in our project coordinated by Dikmen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which was requested for proposal in 2014, and contucted in 01.09.2014. From Dikmen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School 3 participants, and from Mimar Sinan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, ?ncirli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Abidinpa?a Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School 4 participants each went to the institution ROC Ter AA in Holland; from Çan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Toroslar Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School 4 participants and from Dikmen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School 2 participants went to Instituto de Enseñanza Secundariala Rosaleda in Spain, and all participants attended the training activities in order to achieve our project?s goals. With the implementation of TQM system, students who are qualified, self-improved/assured, learning oriented, participative and willing to do team work are needed by the higher education and the sector. And this need creates the need of improving our managers? and teachers? vocational knowledge, skill, experience and perfection in TQM area to EU level. With our project which we conducted considering these basic needs and deficiencies, participants who work from different regions of Turkey has achieved primary deliverables we aimed. Participants observed the TQM system in education in Europe, and they had an opportunity to improve their knowledge, skills, experience and perfection regarding this area. Participants have learned strategy planning techniques in order to build a sample TQM system, and by experiencing approaches in this area, they have become skillful at comparing this approach-based criteria and indications to our regulations. Besides improving their knowledge, skills, experience and perfection in this area by learning about TQM system in education in Europe, participants found the opportunity to know EU culture better, and contribute our culture to be promoted positively in EU. Our participants who improved their lingual, cultural, vocational, individual, pedagogical and social skills experienced the necessities regarding internationalization by also improving their communal living skills.
