The rapid developments in the last years not only require a well-prepared work force but also rapidly adapting training programs. In this case, distance learning is a viable alternative, motivating the development of a number of webs learning/training environments. The project addresses equally to medical and bioengineering needs, proposing formation of specialists that will apply systematic the principles of medical and bioengineering sciences for the use, adaptation, evaluation, projecting and/or distribution of technological and medical solutions that lead to improvement of the patient’s condition. It offers to orthopedic doctors and engineers interested in medical field, a common learning tool, with interdisciplinary approaches, trying to close the gap between engineering and medicine, by creating a new e-learning environment for human motion analysis.
