The title of the project: The cooperation between the companies and the vocational education institute in the dual vocational education system - improving the effectiveness of the practical training. The project goals and outcomes: Currently the initiation of the dual vocational education system, the inherent organizational tasks, the development of the follow-up and the evaluation system are very important object. It was important goal in our project to enhance the cooperation between the actors of the dual vocational education. The receiving Finnish Sataedu institute is the biggest school in the region, and it has outstanding knowledge in the area of on the job learning accomplished at companies. We accomplished the project in the frame of a consortium, because every involved partner’s role is important in the dual vocational education. The applicant institute was the Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training. The partner institutes in the consortium were the Óbuda University and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County. The Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training operates in numerous fields of the vocational education, and already has extended its activity in the dual vocational education system and they would like to improve the quality of the follow-up and assessment system of the vocational training in cooperation with the enterprises and companies in Békés County. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County organizes the vocational trainings locally and keeps in touch with the companies and small and medium enterprises in the county. They control the vocational training places and organize the dual vocational system. The Óbuda University participates in the development of the vocational curriculums, the dual vocational education system and the quality system. The dates of the mobility: from 13.03.2016 to 19.03.2016. The number of the participants is 14 persons, who were the following: 3 experts from the Óbudai Egyetem, 2 experts from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County, 4 experts from the Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training, 5 representatives from the companies and enterprises of Békés County During the mobility program abroad the participants got acquainted with the Finnish vocational education system, the activity of the Sataedu, and the vocational curriculums. In connection with the professional fields of the participants we studied the car mechanic education, the electrical field education, the IT sector education and the catering field education. The work places at companies which we visited were: Volkswagen garage in Huittinen, Sini factory in Kokemäki, Konica-Minolta service in Pori, and the municipality IT service in Ulvila. The participants got acquainted with methods and tools, which are used in vocational training, the English communication skill was improved, they established partnership with the receiving institute and with the visited companies. Using the experiences of the project, the participants developed a study, which will be used to improve the quality of the dual vocational education and to provide information for the organizations, which participate in the vocational education. The receiving institute provided the certificate for the participants.
