Project title: Offers in the vocational training and how can we make it more suitable for the labour-market needs. The aim of our project was to develop the personal skills of the VET professionals by understanding best practices during their training at host institutions. These aims are closely linked to the main priority of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County, namely to develop the vocational education in order to make it more suitable for the labour-market needs. The project targeted two basic topics: 1. With studying the offers in the vocational training fit to the labour-market needs, and studying the experience of the dual-system abroad we can make the students in our schools and institutions more competitive in the European labour-market 2. Getting acquainted with the fundamentals of the education of the renewable energy in the schools and in the practical placements. Achieving the goals of this project, the participants got such new competences, knowledge and experience in their own fields of expirees, are not available in Hungary. The number of participants was 15 people in each groups, 60 people altogether, all of them experts in education, vocational training, educational organization or supervising. The preparation, organization and safe achievement was made by the applicant organization, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County. Returning from the study visits the participants were obliged to share their knowledge and experience on school-meetings, professional forums, and we would like to launch a printed brochure in Hungarian language about the general experience of each visits.
