In the context of a partnership between the CEMEA, the spot Ado de Gurande / PEP and the association of Rome, and due to the desire to develop international cooperation projects with Italia and particularly the Rome area as well to allow a first mobility experience for young people in economic difficulties, the Spot Ado / PEP is looking to realize a partnership with a Roman association.This project will be in four stages- The preparation of the exchange, which will mobilize French youth group about a first international project- A departure to Italy during the summer of 2016, which will provoke meeting between the participants and will constitute a first intercultural experience for the youth of the two groups- A dissemination phase, where the young French and Italian will talk about their experience, the skills they developed and how the organizations of both the territories involved can participate to this partnership- The perspective to host young Italians in France to live a fully reciprocal project and insure the continuity of these exchanges. The youth group and the supervising team will be mixed, and gender equality will be respectedThe expected results are:- The development of youth citizenship- A multiplier effect on mobilizing young people around European projects- Intercultural Skills for animation team- The development of international partnershipsThe long term benefits will be increased mobility of the JAMO, and the implementation of international projects in youth organisation.
