"5 Element" is a new 9-day Erasmus+ training course project hosted by "DO SVĚTA" NGO in the Czech Republic. Project involves 25 youth workers from the Czech republic and Slovakia. The project idea development of non-formal learning differentiation between Nonformal learning NFL and Experiential learning EL, their structure, boundaries, risks and potential. And also help mutual cooperation between Czech and Slovak organizations focused on youth work. We want this project to develop core competencies, develop pedagogical methods and professionalise trainers and youth workers in the NFL and EL and also in the international context and with the huge potential for good networking in future.The main objective is the realization of a training course for youth workers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia who use experiential learning and working in the field NFL and they want to or need to increase their competencies in both approaches. We want to achieve it through the following objectives: 1) to define NFL and EL theory, including methods, borders, specifics, structure atd. and their practice, 2) to provide training, self-experience and practical part 3) to ensure the evaluation of their own practice, the development of key competencies and implementation of a new knowledge 4) to allow effective using of the capacities of partners and participants in an international context, to provide networking and cooperation between partners in the field of NFL and EL in between the Czech Republic and Slovakia
