Given that the complete referencing of the HQF to the EQF was accomplished on the 2nd of December 2015, the 2016 priorities for the Greek EQF- NCP will focus on:• Updating of the Referencing Report and planning of the next steps concerning the further development and implementation of the HQF with the support of international experts. Development of the legislative framework for the institutionalization of the HQF.• The publication, launch and promotion of the Hellenic Referencing Report and the guidance of key stakeholders and broad audience (such as all the providers accredited by EOPPEP-LLL education and training institutes, employer and employment organizations & social partners, trade unions and chambers, the guidance counsellors, workers, students, parents, unemployed people etc.) by different means.• Impact study on the factors contributing to the successful implementation of the HQF, obstacles and improvement proposals. • The launch of public dialogue and consultation regarding the inclusion of qualifications awarded outside the formal system. • Synergies with EU networks and tools facilitating mobility and transparency of skills and qualifications in Europe, such as Europass and Euroguidance Centres, EQAVET, ECVET User’s Group etc., in order to inform and penetrate in specific and wider target groups and the broad public. • Update and systematic management of the NCP’s website.
