Start date: Oct 1, 2011,

The 100 MIRRORS project aims to give precise and practical answers to women that want to develop their personal, technical or organisational competences to carry out complex projects such as running a company or identifying innovative activities. The relationship between Universities or educational organisations and the society and its economical sectors are often very week and this project has the objective to create a strong link between students and working women.Around 100 European 100 women entrepreneurs will participate in the project as mentors of others who want to create their own company/project/career plans or to reinforce their creative and entrepreneurial competencies. In order to develop the contents of the project, we will need to collaborate with higher education institutions, associations of women entrepreneurs and local authorities. Throughout the project, we will do research, design, pilot and disseminate useful new concepts and good practice for future innovative women. The project will develop:1. International selection of the 100 women entrepreneurs (20 in each partners’ country).2. A free access website in 5 languages (languages of the consortium). It will expose the record cards of each woman selected as mentor 3. Modules of 5 relevant competences identified as the basic ones to be learned to develop the innovative and entrepreneurial skills. 4. European guide for coaches with practical advice During the life of the project the potential users will be informed through local and international dissemination conferences. Each work package has integrated a process to reach out to the final users.
