After a first experience in cooperation and training engineering, she joined a research laboratory in 1993 as a researcher and scientific expert in public policy ;
By opening up new perspectives internationally, she has been working from 2001 for the European Commission as head of project and programme and since 2010 as an independent scientific expert in policy and program design, implementation, and evaluationfor European Commission, national public administrations and NGOs.
Her questioning on the social use of the scientific Method has determined the direction and nature of its professional activities. It has been the source of the creation of quality service at the crossroads of different scientific disciplines, of the operational
research and innovation, providing:
- an evaluation that helps create the condition for change and promotes network-wide mobilization of programme stakeholders
- an innovative and dynamic approach to project management, ensuring the sustainability of actions carried out
- the development of systems of indicators supporting political decision.
