About Me
Developing and using TRIZ in the analysis of the problems solved by biological organisms and, by the same process, expressing those solutions in terms sufficiently general to allow their use in other technologies. This is achieved primarily with an ontological approach that can formalise the semantics of the TRIZ system. It is sufficiently flexible to incorporate subsets of TRIZ such as OSTM, and can be interrogated by standard methods such as SPARQL. Current developments are based on computer analysis of biological papers to expand the database / triplestore.

Currently using NLP and developments of related techniques, such as trained neural net to analyse and group statements relating to a central theme - an identified trade-off. Goal is to determine the factors involved in resolving the trade-off as an adaptive solution to an environmental or technical challenge.
