About Me

The CRITT is a french Innovation and technology Transfer Center dedicated to agro food sector. Created in late seventies by the food processing industry SMEs, the CRITT Agroalimentaire Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur is the dedicated tool for technical support of food SME’s in south east of France. We work with more than 300 SME’s each year. We have been and still are partners of several EU projects with high technical and financil efficiency (H2020, Interreg MED, Erasmus+, Alcotra, ...).

We lead and develop different actions to improve economic and technical development and sustainbility of food SMEs :

Innovation – technology transfer : R&D project management, Identification of scientific experts, identfication of funding for SMEs projects, production of specifications, technical feasibility study …

Industrial Performance: overall restructuring of the company, search for partners and expertise, implementation of industrial planning, implementation of Lean Management, …

Food Safety and traceability : Advice/support on food Safety management, Legislation watch,  Panel of auditors from various disciplines,  Conferences with the participation of recognized scientific experts, training courses, …

Nutrition and health: Nutritional evaluation and optimization of the food products, production of nutritional labels that comply with regulatory requirements for export, Development of nutritional labelling, Increasing the value of your products by means of nutritional communication, …

Environment : Evaluation and Reduction of energy and water consomption, réduction of waste (including plastics) or effluent production. Implementation of action plan on environmental management.

Organic food processing : Technical advice for certification, Sourcing of raw materials, Adaptation of industrial processes, Search for partners and expertise Regulatory and technical information

Sustainable devlopment / CSR : Diagnosis of practices, Implementation of CSR Action Plan with companies, senstization and training courses on CSR.

 

Le CRITT Agroalimentaire accompagne chaque année plus de 300 PME sur leurs projets techniques. Il est un outil d’innovation et de transfert de technologie spécialisé de l’industrie agro-alimentaire régionale et appui les entreprises au travers d’actions d’information technique (Hotline, Newsletter…), d’actions collectives (journées techniques, colloques) et d’actions individuelles (accompagnements de projets, montage de dossiers d’aides…).

Les experts du CRITT sont à la pointe des sujets agroalimentaires suivants :

L’Innovation : Recherche d’experts scientifiques, montage de dossiers de financements, veille technologique… avec notamment un appui fort à l’innovation produit.

La Performance Industrielle : Organisation industrielle, recherche de gain de productivité (maintenance, méthode…). Mise en place de la planification industrielle ou du calcul des coûts de revient

La gestion du risque sanitaire : Formations, diagnostics et accompagnements individuels hygiène/Sécurité/Traçabilité (Haccp, IFS, BRC, Etiquetage…)

La nutrition : Aide à la définition d’une stratégie nutritionnelle, formulation, communication nutritionnelle

L’environnement : valorisation des déchets, économies d’eau et d’énergie, bilan CO2

La transformation des produits biologiques : Création de gamme, sourcing matières premières, information réglementaire et technique.

Le Développement Durable (RSE) : Diagnostic des pratiques et mise en œuvre de démarches concrètes.
