Biderbost, Boscan & Rochin (BB&R) is an organisation based in Salamanca (Spain) with an outstanding track record in public policies, social innovation and youth empowerment. BB&R is made up of ten young professionals, from various backgrounds (Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela) and areas of expertise (social sciences, humanities, exact sciences and engineering).
Since its creation in 2010, BB&R has developed several projects in the field of youth within the framework of various international organisations (European Commission, EU-LAC Foundation, Inter-American Development Bank, UNDP), non-governmental organisations (Ecumenical Social Forum, Chamber of Commerce of Peru in Spain) and government agencies (in Spain, Brazil, Norway, Canada, Panama, Guatemala, Bulgaria, United Kingdom).
At all times, BB&R seeks to add value to all its projects by incorporating instruments and strategies from social innovation (participatory design, evidence-based policy, benchmarking, accountability, big-data). In recent years, these projects have been developed with the aim of empower young people, generating good practices on the benefits of non-formal education, political participation, civic competences and media literacy. Those processes have been systematised in toolkits, reports, handbooks, booklets, scientific research and audiovisual material.
