This project seeks to promote awareness of healthy eating habits, proper nutrition, and the importance of dietetics for maintaining optimal health. Specifically targeting high school students, the aim is to educate them on the significance and advantages of making informed dietary choices. Scientific evidence underscores the enduring benefits of a well-rounded diet coupled with regular physical activity for achieving and sustaining good health, especially when such habits are ingrained early on. High school students are particularly susceptible to misinformation from food manufacturers and influencers on social media, regarding nutritional content and the efficacy of weight loss products. By providing education and workshops tailored to this demographic, the project aims to empower high school students with knowledge they can apply in their daily lives, from selecting nutritious foods to understanding the role of food supplements. Ultimately, the desired outcome is for high school students to become proficient in caring for their own health through nutrition.
