Create an IoT /LPWAN network based on standard & dedicated for Smart Agriculture to foster innovation - the IoT network will the backbone of the developments of services

Current Technologies such as Sigfox, LoRa not performing well enough plus propriatory and subject to any change by the owner of the technology.

Technologies such as NB-IoT subject to long deployments - not compatible with common goods to serve all agriculture inclusing small farmers - long term 5G is not focus on agriculture and will not resolve lack of connectivity in rural area.
