The project will involve the teaching staff of Elementary School and Elementary School of Arts Skolni Street Petřvald 246 that provides education for pupils at the age from 6 to 15 years on the principle of creative and environmental education, innovation in the process of learning foreign languages and reading skills. We realize that it is necessary to constantly innovate teaching methods and enhance the skills of our teachers, so that both our staff and pupils will become full members and citizens of a modern European society in the 21st century. This is related to the ability to flexibly respond to changes in education, emphasizing the international dimension of teaching and continuing and lifelong learning. In this project will be held courses for teachers of our school in the UK. These fellowships are realized by established and proven educational institutions. The aim of these visits is to improve language skills of our employees, which are required for quality teaching and access to foreign language professional texts. We also want to use the experience of our teachers in the subsequent implementation of projects of international cooperation. We will make great efforts to establish a partnership with one of the foreign schools. The combination of linguistic studies and practical experience from completed educational exchange arises inimitable added value in sharing best practices education and intercultural relations.
