The aim of the mobility project "Improving of competences and skills of trainiers in NGO" is to improve skills, competences, knowledges of two trainers in eventive, l. t. d. One of main activities of eventive company is to develop and improve skills of managers/leaders in NGOs, in community foundations, individuals working with volunteers, non-formal groups. In cooperation with Trencin community foundation we organize several workshops and trainings for leaders in NGOs: fundraising, volunteer management, project proposal writing, project management, communication and presentation skills. In order to be more proffessional we send our two internal trainers for mobilities abroad to participate at trainings: Volunteer management, Train of trainers, Project management. After acquiring new competences, knowledges, our trainers will create new trainings (or adust existing ones). Through those new trainings and new skills of our trainers we want to help leaders in NGOs and other individuals to do their job better, more professional, to be better leaders, fundraisers, managers of volunteers, etc.
