The main aim of this project is to give our not only language teachers other opportunities to improve their language knowledge and methodological skills,which will subsequently help develop better classes and education of our pupils.The chosen teachers would attend language courses in appropriate countries where they could profit the authentic environment. Our teachers take part in methodological courses and seminars organised in our region but these are almost one-topic focused courses lasting a few hours in Czech environment. We all know that the best method how to learn a foreign language in a very effective way is to go to the country where the language is spoken. That is why we would like teachers from small local schools to get the chance to spend some days learning effectively languages and new methods in foreign countries.Our project will last two years. The goals of the project were set with the project participants in advance. The goals are to get relevant knowledge, information, experience, skills and inovations in the field of foriegn languages teaching which will be processed into the internal educational system of Gymnázium Židlochovice.The target group of our project is formed by four teachers. Our project relates to the language education of the foreign language teachers and language education of science and humanities teachers. Working content of the courses comes out of the target group needs. The project will be realized in a form of six mobilities in England, Scotland, Ireland, Malta, Germany and France. Realizing these mobilities we expect development of language knowledge and skills of the participants and meeting new teaching methods.We will inform with the project and its results the school staff, the students and the public. We will realize a presentation of theproject and its results.The guarantee of the quality of foreign languages education will help to a permanent fulfilment of the main priority of ourschool to provide the quality foreign languages education for students.
