The project, entitled Gaining practical experience in Europeans countries - EUTRAINING, was a continuation of a series of successful training programmes spanning over fifteen years. The mutual partners in this programme were three colleges of secondary education : Secondary horticultural and technical school in Litomyšl in the Czech Republic, ROC Aventus Apeldoorn in Holland and Lycée Professionnelle Agricole de Beaune-la-Rolande in France. The foreign schools took care of the accommodation for the students and also arranged the companies where the student training took place. All schools had cooperated in the preparation of the training programme on the basis of previous experience. The target group of 12 students was that of students in the third and the fourth grade finishing their studies with graduation exams. These students were adequately equipped linguistically and had the necessary skills to take part in this project successfully. The project was especially relevant for the participating students in that they gained work experience with a foreign company. They were furthemore able to apply and improve their theoretical knowledge in their respective study branches - agriculture motor-vehicle repairs , transport logistics and horticulture.The completion of a practical school project addressing issues concerning the training placement was prerequisite. Further aims for the students were to improve their English language skills and to gain an insight into the running of a highly-developed democracy in Holland and France. Last but not least aim was to help students to find their future work placement in our country and abroad. The training programme in the Netherlands took place in a three-week period in October 2014 within small to medium companies connected with agricultural machines, motor vehicles and logistics in the Apeldoorn area. The training programme in France took place in a three-week period in June 2015 within small to medium companies connected with horticultural production in the Paris area. All participants received the certificate Europass Mobility.
