One of the priorities of our school is teaching of foreign languages because it's very important to be able to communicate with people from different countries in the nowadays world. Our pupils are motivated to learning of foreign languages thanks to the possibility of working in internationl teams in eTwinning projects and in the project Culture and History without Borders: Success in Diversity, Diversity in Success which are realized in the programme Erasmus+. At the beginning, only few pupils took part in the international projects, but currently all grades of the older pupils (12 - 15 years old) participate in some international project. The pupils from the lower grades (7 - 11 years old) joined the international projects in November 2015. Our teachers are interested in work within the international teams, but lots of them lack an adequate experiences and some of them have a big language barrier. We would like to improve the skills and competences of our teachers so they would be able to implement e. g. the CLIL method in their lessons. We would like to create an experienced team that would be able to manage the international project work and that would guarantee a good level of teaching of foreign languages. The best way how the teachers can improve their skills and gain new experiences is to participate in some methodology courses abroad. We hope that the new experiences that our teachers will be able to gain in other European countries will help to improve their teaching methods and skills which will have a good impact on our pupils.
