To reach this goal they need to improve their main competences: scientific and technical, social, language and interpersonal. To enable our students to be competitive as far as quality is concerned at the hard work market we are planning to accomplish this project. Through the training, a student will get suitable qualifications and also it will motivate him to work harder – and the aim will be gaining solid knowledge and self-confidence.In 2017 and 2018 32 students of the professions named above(16 in each year) will go for a training to Spanish companies to become prepared for the work market when they finish their education. Their vocational needs ( like: getting to know new technologies, gaining professional experience and practical usage of the foreign professional language, etc.) have been diagnosed by their teachers of vocational subjects and also training supervisors. The partner organisation has got experience in mobility projects and is able to arrange internship with suitable employers where the students will meet new technologies related to electrical installations, tools used in vehicle repair, other tools and cutting machines programming which they would not be able to master in their homeland.A project team will be responsible for the students’ preparation for the project.
