The School consists of:- Vocational School- Technical: economist, hospitality, farmer, nutrition and food services, construction and road.The Managing Body is Grajewo County. Pedagogical supervision over the school is exercised by Podlaski School Superintendent.On the basis of evaluation studies conducted at the School by the evaluator employed to prepare the school needs analysis before its accession to educational projects under the new perspectives 2014-2020 demonstrated the following problem areas which particularly require intervention:- practical skills and qualifications of the student and the labor market and employers' requirements.- internships and other practical forms of skills acquisition, broadly understood learning mobility (including international)- students' educational deficits resulting from poor access to high-quality educational services.The evaluator has used the information provided by staff, analysis of the results of vocational subjects and tests the knowledge of the labor market. The study involved more than 210 people (students and teachers) during the IX-XII'15.The school has experience in the implementation of internships and practices, which in 2014 was attended by 10 students. The students very eager to participate in internships, on its own initiative signed up to participate, and completed internships at the teachers were interested in whether the school still will pursue similar practices. The students noticed that this form of apprenticeship gives them a lot more opportunities, so they would like to continue. Over 70% of students have indicated that they want to participate in international internships. This is not contestable argument to submission of the project on the mobility in Erasmus +.The school community very willingly turns on promotion of vocational training. A specific profession and job in hand is a chance for a good job and a decent life. High interest of pupils in acquiring skills useful in their future work was an incentive to cooperate with foreign partners to jointly apply for funds for international internships.The project concerns go on a three-week internships (in two rounds), which will be attended two groups of students (20 students each). The training period has been established in cooperation of many parties involved: the practical training manager, the remaining teaching staff, students and parents. Foreign internship period will be sufficient to acquaint themselves with the organization of work of companies and acquire specific practical skills. The internship period less than three weeks will not achieve the objectives.The project participants will be students of the school age in professions: hospitality management techniques (first group) and feeding techniques and catering services (second group). Each group of trainees will be accompanied by two attendants. The first trip is planned for V 2016 second V 2017 in the period of compulsory school placements.With the participation in this project they involve students the chance that it will be an opportunity to broaden the knowledge of English language training and test language competence held in the conditions of the placement and everyday life. In his spare time, students will have the opportunity to know the country's culture through sightseeing, knowledge of regional cuisine.Students also want to take part in the project so that each of them will receive the Europass Mobility (a document that is of great importance and is well-received in the regional labor market, because it is a confirmation of acquired competences, skills and experience). This is confirmed at the employer's professional and personal development of the student.The main objectives of the project:- raising the level of key competences and know-how through foreign educational mobility and cooperation between the worlds of education and work with 20 students for September 2018- increase innovation and internationalization of the School Complex to September 2018.Through the implementation of an internship in foreign companies, participants will gain first professional experience, broaden their knowledge and professional competence relevant to the specialty. Obtained qualifications attested by the award of the Europass Mobility. Completion of language preparation and use of English during the internship will help to acquire new language skills, mastery of communicative English language trade. Participants will raise a lot of social skills that facilitate cooperation within the group, the ability to solve everyday problems, understanding and tolerance for others.
