The project of abroad apprenticeship is for 48 people (OHP participants from the voivodship Opole) at the stage of initial vocational training dual system - taking theoretical training at school and practical directly from employers. Participants went to Germany in order to improve professional skills, learn about new technologies and new raw materials.
Traineeships were held in three groups of 16 persons.
Each group consisted of two professional teams of 8 people in each profession:
Group 1 - 8 chefs and 8 fitters building and finishing works - the period from 2 March to 29 March 2015.
Group 2 - 8 chefs and 8 fitters buildings and works wykończeniowych- period from 8 April to 6 May 2015.
Group 3 - 8 chefs and 8 mechanics - the period from 11 May to 7 June 2015.
Each participant completed 160 apprenticeship hours at vocational training (theory and practice) in training workshops or for individual employers. Places practices, provided the host organization - Association of Vocational Training Eberswalde e.V. Opole Provincial OHP Headquarters, as the sending organization has organized 10 hours of pedagogical support and 10 hours. cultural preparation, and also supported the young people during the preparation of Languages (test of skills and language learning in the classroom with instructors / teachers in units) in the form of 30 hours of teaching of the German language. Preparation of participants allowed to answer the questions raised by young people, reduced uncertainty and fear of going to a foreign country for a month. Participants took confidence and greater motivation to leave.
The effect of practice was supposed to be a level playing field and prepare the participants OHP to greater mobility, flexibility and the acquisition of skills to adapt quickly to new working conditions, which in perspective will help to be more attractive and competitive employer in the country and in Europe. One of the most important elements of practice is the recognition of skills acquired through Europass-Mobility certificates and certificates issued by the German partner.
