The project starts at the 1. August 2016 and ends at the 30. June 2018. the project management is the Zespół Szkół im. Stanisława Staszica in Malkina Gorna. The project is titled „Ausländische Praktika - ein guter Anfang der Karriere”. The project concerns adolescences from our school, learning technique for diet and gastronomical service. The 28 students take part in a 4 week internship in Thuringia (in the middle of Germany). The students are divided in 2 groups per 14 participants in January 2017 and May 2018. The project uses the evaluation and recognition of the competencies according to ECVET.The main partner is the small german establishment Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH, ensuring the planned proceeding of the project. The receiving institutions are 7 hotel and gastronomical businesses, taking one pair of students of each group: Thüringer Waldblick Boxberg GmbH, Waldhotel Berghof, Schlossberg-Ringhotel Neustadt a. d. Orla, Hotel Stadt Neustadt, Hotel Rennsteig, Göbels Aquavita and Göbel's Seehotel Diemelsee. The students work in this small and middle seized establic´shments for 20 days (in total 120-160 hours) in the kitchen, the restaurant and the bar.The main objective is the collecting of professional experience on the European job market and the purchase or growth of the professional and linguistical competencies of the students. That enables the students to apply for an attractive job in Poland or other EU countries. We want, that the adolescence are motivated after the internship to increase their professional and linguistical education. A further aim is the improving of creativity, independence and open-mindedness for the world and new experience. We look forward to enhance the interpersonal and social skills of the students. They should use them not only in their working life but also in their private life.Our school wants to improve the suitability of the teaching content according to the needs of the employers. We want to offer the students an interesting and impressively stay abroad beyond the family house. Through the realisation of the Erasmus+ priorities we attach value on the development of key competencies of our students: especially on social and technological skills and a cultural awareness.Every student will be intensely prepared. Our school offers 50 extra German lessons, a meeting with the German partner, 10 lessons pedagogical preparation and 6 lessons for German culture and history. IN addition we use the methods of individual work of the students with so called project modules. The ECVET system is used for evaluate the performance in the preparation courses and the project modules.The internship placement ensures good tutors, who are evaluate the students with ECVET. The students get European documents, like the Europass language pass, Europass mobility, a certificate for the participation in the preparation courses and a certificate in German. The project partners carry out Monitoring and Evaluation of all actions continuously. During the project and after the conclusion the “soft” and “hard” results will be published (for instance presentations, photos, project modules).
