The Municipal Institute for Employment and Business Promotion of Zaragoza (Zaragoza Dynamica ) manages 3 Workshop Schools and the network of 13 Centres for Employment and Social Integraton that provide Specific Qualification Programmes (former PCPIs) and Occupational Training. The 4 flows, of 14 days, that this project provides are composed of students of these programmes and it have carried out with the following schedule and specialties: : - 7 participants + 1 teacher to ITALY in the fields of graphic arts: printer, screen printer and prepress form 4 to 18 May 2015. -7 participants + 1 teacher to ITALY in the fields of assistant nurseries and gardens from 4 to 17 March 2016 - 5 participants + 1 teacher to POLAND in the fields of cooking , service and cuisine from 7 to 20 March 2016 , and - 11 participants +1 teacher to ITALY in the fields of graphic arts: printer, screen printer and prepress from 7 to 20 March 2016. 34 participants are students and teachers of Centres for Employment and Social Integraton of Zaragoza that since 2006 have been participating in the Leonardo program as partners like sending partners and host partners and they have created a network of local collaboration. Profile is unemployed youth ( aged 16 to 25 years) without professional qualifications, whose low levels of education keep them employed or start or continue a work schedule or re-entering at the education system , but especially to those who live under difficult conditions or in the process of social exclusion. They participated 17 minors and 13 foreign (3 from Romania, 2 Senegal, 2 Ecuador, Cuba, Nigeria, Gambia, Algeria, Brazil, and Morocco. Students have made their practice in training centers and enterprises of the geographic areas of the partner countries. They will also made working visits and they have participated in the daily life of the cities (Brescia and the region, Lecco, in Italy and Rybnik, in Poland ). Taking into account that the partners are entities similar to us educational institutions , or nonprofit entities we programme with them the practices plan of work for specialties. . The results obtained with our profiles of students are very positive, considering that the program is providing opportunities for young people who otherwise could hardly be able to participate in a similar event . First for their personal or family situation , and also for their academic preparation. This project has a great impact and multiplier effect among students in our programs. Students who are selected are an example to the others and a source of motivation .
