Presented project has the aim to allow 40 pupils from SOŠ and SOU Horky nad Jizerou and its partner school SOŠ a SOU Prague Čakovice an internship at businessmen in Italy, Germany, Austria and Slovakia. Project "Start of professional career during the internship in the frame of project Erasmus+“ elaborates project of mobilities SOŠ a SOU Horky nad Jizerou. Pupils with their teachers will concern on professional preparation from the branch of tourism, gastronomy and agriculture in four European countries. These experiences will be used in preparation of pupils for other internships. Preparation and the internship itself will be more effective and meaningful. In an internship will participate pupils from trainee branches candy-maker, cook-waiter, gardener, farmer and branch of study gastronomy and tourism in following countries, terms and organizations: Austria: 21. September to 11. October 2014, 10 pupils, at 5 businessmen under control of municipal authority Furth bei Göttweig. Germany: October/November 2014, 10 pupils, at 3 businessmen at places of work of Berufsschule Wiesau. Slovakia: 10 pupils, 29. December 2014 to 18 January 2015, in two companies on Štrbské tarn. Italy: 5. - 25. May 2015, 10 pupils, in 5 companies – places of work Instituto Professionale Di Stato Senigalia. Pupils and teachers will be accommodated in a hostel, hotel, pension and families of businessman, where they will be served, too. Preparation, realization, evaluation and dissemination are organized by the leading team and each internship by a coordinator with his realization team. Each member has his certain work and schedule. Pupils for internships are chosen mainly because of their active interest. They are motivated to participation as a very important part of profession preparation and personal life. Those are the reasons why pupils with disabilities are taken into internships and pupils from socially handicapped surrounding, too. Mainly for these pupils is absolving of an internship always great benefit for their personal development, improvement in foreign language skills, professional skills and their further application at the labour market and their life. The Innovation of this project is participation of talented pupils – winners of specialized competitions, who will get new skills in their branch. We are sure that internships of pupils had and will have big share on zero unemployment of our absolvents or their professional application abroad. Pupils will work during the internship in concrete conditions of companies according to their branch – candy shops, restaurants, hotels, agricultural and agrotourism farms. Pupils and their teachers (pedagogical supervisor for underaged pupils) will get practical skills mainly in branch of regional gastronomy and confectionery products, agricultural production and use of agrotourism and in branch of regional tourism. Pupils will improve their competence of teamwork, adaptability, self-confidence and self-reliance. Owners and employers of receiving organizations are still willing to cooperate with our pupils, allow them not to get only work experiences but also meaningful filling of free time with sport and cultural activities. Slovakia is great country mainly for weaker pupils with lower foreign language skills. During the internship pupils will get further knowledge about regional products and their usage which can be used in their future profession. Evaluation of an internship will be used at actualization of school educational programmes, in the frame of dissemination we will provide experiences to more schools and organizations and use regional products at school work, in the frame of cooperation with Chamber of economy and other professional associations.
