Our Project was a seminar activity which includes the policy of providing YOTUH WORKS IN EUROPE AND TURKEY, improving quality and achieving more young audience. In the youth works; workshops, group works and interviews about improving the efficiency of voluntary youth workers, examining the adequateness and sustainability has been arranged. The Project was in Inegol-Bursa/TURKEY from 03/01/2014 until 08/10/2014 as a seminar activity by INEGOL YOUTH ORGANIZATION. The main target was improving the quality of youth works in Europe and Turkey as well as providing sustainability. 38 youth workers from Turkey, Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Spain, and Romania were participated in the project which is considered to take place 5 days. In the Project, learning by doing methods used completely. There were participants from expert trainers and employees from the department of youth services during the seminar. It was thought to invite the local people as well as the youth workers. We wanted our work to reach both to our European partners and to the local people. Thus we believe that we can climb from bottom to the top.
