The mission of the "Youth with a passion" exchange project is to support youth for following their true meaning in life, towards their personal development and the development of the community. We believe that each young people has strong inner resources, passions, talents, ideals, dreams. But nowadays, many young people tend to be very passive, waiting for others to offer them solutions for their own life, there fore we want to promote an active ways of life. Through "Youth wth a Passion" we create an educational process for deep exploration, for meaningful discoveries, which will then be activated and transformed in clear actions, in order to live and follow our passions and talents. We will gather 40 young people from 4 European countries for 10 days in Sordevolo to awake the desire in young people to take actions, gave them opportunity to learn from each other, develop their ideas and become active members of their community. Non formal education activities trough theatre and multimedia will provide knowledge and space for young people to reflect upon social inclusion and opportunities that they can use to take actions and build their own future. Before the exchange participants will be required to develop and create short video diaries, with the goal of sharing with their “international friends" various aspects of their lives and answering some common questions about their dreams and ideals. The videos will be hosted on the web by some social media tool. The initial video diaries will be valued at the beginning of the exchange to help the pax to know more about each other but the goal is to empower the participants to implement their video diaries also in the future as a tool to keep the connection between friends across Europe. After this introduction participants will work in several theatre workshops recognising goals and potential in them, discovering ways where they can realise their ideas. This youth exchange also will be opportunity for young people to discover intercultural richness of Europe trought presenting their countries, cultures and use intercultural dialogue as a tool to understand their own backgrounds and realise their European identity.The results of the project will be presented in a public theatre performance held in the frame of a very Popular theare Festival in Sordevolo.
