"Youth Sport Fest" is a youth exchange project within the Erasmus + program whose conductive element sport, the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle and moral issues involved in professional sport. Involving 30 young people between 17 and 30 years old from Greece, Romania and Spain in the Alicante's town of Denia. During the exchange sporting activities, debates and informal talks, activities aimed at create a social awareness of the disadvantaged, activities designed to promote equal gender will be made; all with the purpose of enhancing physical exercise and observe it from other more committed prisms. The impact on the towns of exchange participants expected to be remarkable as well as disseminate the lessons learned will also release the Erasmus+ program and the benefits and activities that can be performed through it. Besides all this exchange will provide the opportunity to expand their networks of influence to a European level, thus facilitating mobility, development and cooperation between countries, we consider key element in a world so highly globalized and which we are.
