The aim of the project is to organize study visit and meeting of young people, youth workers that are active in the area of different issues of minorities. The project also aims to involve marginalised Roma participants that despite of the educational or jobs obstacles develope their initiatives and try to mobilize other young people in their community. The projects enables a capacity building of the participant's organizations or initiatives active in rights of minorities, strenghtening of competences of concrete participants in the work with communities, support development of specific ideas/projects of participants that they will implement during the study visit, spread various aspects of the topics among other groups of young people, youth workers and public, create space for meeting and cooperation of colorful multicultural group of people including the marginalized groups, meeting with everyday reality of minorities living in Georgia. This will be achieved through the colorful program containing meeting with various organizations and representatives of different minorities in Georgia, facilitation of the participants work in the field during the study visit, educational activites aimed at deepening of context of the work with minorities and activity aimed at personal and professional development. The study visit will be open for 3 Armenian, 3 Azerbaijani, 3 Georgian participants, 8 people from Czech Republic including 4 Roma participants. Other 4 persons will ensure organization, facilitation, lecturing and linguistic support. The participants will be young people and youth workers active in the topics of protection of minorities rights, prevention of social exclusion, hate speech and other topics connected with multicultural living. The preference will be given to the participants that are less experienced but motivated to develope their own activites and initiatives. The project contributes to the international cooperation of participants and partner organizations, to the opening the marginalized topics, to the developing of the interesting inititives and to the streghthening of capacity of the organizations and initiatives that are represented by the participants.
