Training Course 'Youth Management for Youth Development' implementation is connected with existing need of active inclusion of young people in the education process of their peers, as the most effective way of their social inclusion, effective learning and improving the situation of young people in the labour market. Improvement young workers skills will have strong influence to further promotion of development of international cooperation in Europe, increasing the employability of young people, and an indication of the opportunities arising from new contacts and acquired knowledge and skills to act in a multicultural environment.Objectives of the project:- Development of the knowledge and competence of youth workers in the management of international projects aimed at developing the youth sector, especially those in European programs, including Erasmus +;- Promotion of the idea of European integration through the use and development of non-formal education components and intercultural dialogue;- Development of competence related with raising and monitoring the quality of international projects;- Creation and development of real and effective international partnerships;- Stimulation of creativity and entrepreneurship among young people;- Exchange of good practices and experiences taken from previous work in the implementation of youth projects at local and international level.The project group will be created by 33 participants, as well as trainers and coordinator responsible for the project on behalf of the Center PARNAS. Among the participants will be young people from Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Greece, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Italy aged 18-30.Main activity of the project - Training Course - is planned for the period 7-16 July 2016, and will be held in Zakopane in Poland. Planned actions include workshops, exchange of good practices, simulation exercises and theatrical performances, teambuilding activities and exercises, city games - an active environment discovering, interviews with the local society, cultural presentations organized by participants in an open space to develop their own activities in the future, as well as daily reflection and evaluation activities.The methodology used during the training is based on the elements of non-formal education, allowing to adapt to the requirements of the program activities related to the implementation of international projects with the participation of representatives of many countries and nationalities. Methodical scope will allow adequate transfer of knowledge and skills for young people during the course, and later during their work with their peers. Methods will be used to support the education process through the experiences and challenges, as well as provide a holistic approach as a comprehensive and effective tools for the development of the individual and society.Among the results of the project should be mentioned first of all the preparation of youth workers to work with young people in the multicultural environment. Participants will understand the complexity of project management and will become aware of their different stages, and will be better prepared to take independent action. They will also understand the role of the individual in the transformation of local, regional and international realities, with special emphasis on active and creative approach to future work with young people. Participants will develop and enrich their intercultural awareness about different countries and societies of the European Union. In addition, they will develop their competencies and skills associated with working as project coordinators, as well as motivating attitudes as youth leaders and supporters of the process of education of their peers during activities in the future. Participants will learn new ways of working with young people, including development of their knowledge about the non-formal education and assimilation of experience of each of its elements.It will allow to develop an international network of young leaders who will stay in contact for future implementation, as well as to generally increase the level of youth work and prepared and international projects.Thanks to the development and encouragement of young people for taking further initiatives after they return home, they should also have a real impact on all other target groups, which can include above all, their natural environment and especially their peers - young people with whom participants have and will come into contact during his further education process or their work - present and future, as well as during their daily personal life. Effects on target groups is difficult to measure because of the presumption regarding the future actions of young people, but the goal is to help them in raising the level of participation of young people in local communities by gaining international experience.
