The MJC Le Rond Point is a non-formal educational association which aims at favoring the access to the culture for all. The Rond Point symbolizes this crossroads where convergent the artistic expression, the music, the sport-health, the dances and the other cultural discoveries. To accompany the young people in their step of project and to favor the intergénérationnels links are expensive values for our association. Our support for the youth initiatives is also characterized recently by the development of the axis international mobility. This orientation allows today the group 13 - 30 years of our pond of life to discover the various devices of mobility which exist, to appropriate them, to live them, to share them... We position next to the other educational actors youth to accompany the young person in his life , bring him keys, cards which he can use as added value in his personal construction. It has to contribute to the prosperity and favor her " social inclusion " It also is in a situation of "Reception" as our possibility to share our culture in particular the wealth, the trump cards and, the inconveniences of our environment. At our level we wish to develop the following axes: - The mobility and the commitment of the young people. - To favor the accessibility has the practice of our activities. - Strengthen the intercultural links, intergénérationnels as well as those recovering from the domain of the youth. - Develop the use of information technologies and communication . - Improve the competence and the key capacities of the young people. The realization of these various objectives has to contribute in general in: - The social integration - An intercultural dialogue - In the development of an ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP. After several conversations we chose LiLiya and Sonia who will have several common and general activities: - Discovery of the potentialities offered by the structure. - Support and accompany the speakers in the management of their activity. - Participation to the organization of all the events of the structure. Then, according to the profiles of miss SZKRIBA and SAVRASOVA, they will have specific activities in equivalence with their sensibility: - Concerning Sonia, an implication on the sector artistic "Rond point ", Prosperity, the dances and the sports. - For Liliya, she wishes to contribute to the project in the course of the MJC about the development of one Web Radio but also of our communication in a general way. To achieve this project we will work with 3 periods: 1) Discovered, dumping and adaptation. 2) Implication in the heart of the association and of the local environment. 3) Evolution with the conception and the development of the personal project of the volunteers. The mentors and the partnership are also two essential aspects to favor " the implication of the young people in their social and cultural projects " We expect from this project which he can allow the young volunteers to acquire an experience essentially by improving his personal route , his construction, his capacity to put a lot into the life tomorrow (staff, associative, professional, democratic). We also make reference to the human aspect: solidarity, discovery, opening, sharing, capacity of adaptation, intercultural dialogue... For the participants, we wish actively the acquisition of new competence: on the artistic plan and their sense of the creativity, in the use of information technologies and communication, at the linguistic level and naturally at the cultural level in a general way. We shall be also sensitive to the fact that they can develop their initiative and their autonomy: realize their project and undertake... We wait for numerous impacts with the young person, with our association of all the politics on a local, regional, national and European scale and it, in the short run but certainly still a little more on a means and a long term. It is as well with this perspective as we wish to strengthen the commitment of the young person, his active citizenship, its wallet of competence and knowledge and its social integration in an European dimension.
