The main objective of an EVS project is a good impact on the volunteer, the host-organization and the local community the project is imbedded. To ensure a good impact, different aspects have to be considered: The impact on local community caused more awareness of ERASMUS + Program. The volunteers had the opportunity to use all his\her experience from the project, to create the active way of participation and develop competences which are important both as for personal as professional future. The involvment in the local community will ensure that both Danish and volunteer’s community will benefit from the project. Moreover the volunteer was offered a Youthpass Certificate which is recognized by the European countries and is able to contribute to volunteer’s socialization. After their return to their home contries they were evaluated and encouraged to compare thier experiences in another, a different European culture to their own reality and own cultural background in order to expand knowledge about European cultures and variety. They met with participants in other projects, so that volunteers to many different European countries will be present and a great variety of knowledge can be dissiminated.
