The purpose of the project is to activate young people from Program and Partner countries and local community, let the young people understand what role they have got in shaping civil society in present Europe. Through to implementation of the project, that involves the volunteer to be active and make contacts with town residents, the volunteer will discover that they have significant impact in creating civic attitudes in the nearest surroundings and for local community(including local young people). In practice they will learn about the work with local community and what tools and activities that can have the influence on creating the nearest surroundings the place they live in. This will teach them to be an attentive observer of community and they will get the valuable experience in social work that helps them to create civic attitudes after the end of the project in their local communities.Showing and transplanting good social activities from other European countries on the ground of the local city where they stay and act, Volunteers will have a better understanding of the important role they have in creating civil society in present Europe. Being in a contact with Volunteers of other non-governmental organizations working in prner organizationj, contact with local young people of high schools and universities The volunteer will learn and promote important European qualities such as: tolerance , mutual understanding and cooperation with people from foreign countries, cultures, different world views. Through the Hosting organization the volunteer will be in constant contact with local community including not only young people but also representatives of non-governmental organizations and local authorities empower and develop own civic activities through social work for local community, taking part in social, cultural and public life of the region. Organization of inter cultural activities will help to deepen mutual understanding between young people of countries taking part in the project. Encouraging other young people to take part in the project, they will show new paths of personal development for many young people through active local communities in other countries. This project involves 18 volunteers coming from Poland to our partner organizations . Volunteers will be engaged 5 days a week and will be equipped with working desk, computer, internet connection and telephone line so Volunteers will be able to implement activities on best possible way. This project is strongly aiming to improve Volunteers working skills and provide Volunteers with all necessary knowledge for future job searching process. Volunteers will also have a chance to develop own project with help and support of hosting organization stuff, which will contribute to development of Volunteers skills and project management abilities. Volunteers will live with in shared flat in single room, in flat situated in walking distance from the office . Organizations involved in this project 6 volunteers with fewer opportunities.
