Many young people want to develop and participate in various events , but they face language barrier or they are afraid to express themselves in front of different size groups. We and our friends also has this problem . We decided that we need to correct this deficiency and find other ways of self-expression - in this case the recording. Youth exchange project " Youth FeM ( Youth films ( e ) motion) seeks to involve young people who have low self-confidence and create space through filming for self- knowledge , expressing, raising self-esteem and improving ourselves with different aspects. We are planning that it will be a process of youngsters will improving in different ways but also allowing others to think hard about issues which are important for us ( for example discrimination , violence and others. ) . The project will involve 20 young people from Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Romania. Profile of participants - young people who are less confident and less talk in English , age 17-23 years old . Activities will happen in Daugirdiškės homestead and Trakai. First during the exchange we are planning to get to know each other, to get closer t each other and to start to speak on important topics and to learn how to transfer our minds through video footage . Later we will proceed to the action and filming everything . To involve local community in the last days of the exchange we will organize movie night, where we will show everything what was done. Throughout the project, we will use non-formal education methods and recording techniques.
