The growing youth migration both in Lithunia and Belarus is influenced by youth unemployment which mainly results from lower employment opportunities through lack of knowledge and experience. Lack of motivation and knowledge how to start own business, financial problems, negative image of entrepreneurship, as well as lack of knowledge of business possibilities are the major causes of low level of youth entrepreneurship in both countries. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the encouragement of entrepreneurship, youth cooperation, reduction of unemployment and young people migration for promotion sustainable economic development in Kaunas and Minsk regions. Expected Results: The project will strengthen capacities of youth Entrepreneurship Encouragement Frameworks in Kaunas and Minsk regions through elaboration of an entrepreneurship encouragement program for young people supported by Guides for trainers and youth and enhance the skills of youth entrepreneurship trainers. The project also aims to improve young peoples abilities and knowledge of entrepreneurship in Minsk and Kaunas through organising a youth entrepreneurship camp and trainings under the elaborated program.
