The project "Youth Employment in Social tourism :Y.E.S.!" within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, is a youth exchange that wants to encourage youth active citizenship and a chance of confrontation on self-entrepreneurship in the context of social tourism. The Applicant is Comune di Policoro. It will involve young people from Romania and Lettonia which for many years have been dealing with a lot of initiatives aimed at protecting and improving the natural environment. For each organization there will be 9 young people aged between 18-24 years and a group leader (with no age limit), plus a youth worker for a total of 31 participants. The organizations will be responsible for collecting information on national policies in favor of youth employment and social tourism. Young people will start from their experiences and discuss with the other partners by analyzing the most common and critical points. At the end of the project, each group will be invited to involve their local community, replicating the pattern of experiences sharing, acquired in the 10 days of activities. To achieve the desired results techniques of non-formal educations will be used, and also thematic workgroups (national and mixed), workshops, world cafe and activities of creative workshops. At the end of the activities participants will be given a Youthpass certificate recognizing the skills and competences acquired.
