The project, “Your Voice matters” was implemented in the frame of Erasmus+ under the Key action 1, learning mobility of individuals. This project was partnership between 10 countries represented by 26 youth workers. In order to ensure diversity on every level partners from program and partner countries were involved. The project activity was implemented in Novi Becej, Serbia from 19.06 – 27.06.2015. The project was inspired by trainers and participants that met during Speak out Louder project in Grzybowo in Poland in October 2014. The mobility was focused on youth with disability, their coverage in media and use of it and ICT to foster their inclusion into society also during taking part in European project. The topic has been so interesting and discovering for many and they decided to go deeper into the topic of youth with disabilities and lack of equity, especially in terms of access to the labor market. Preparation of the main activity, the training course in Novi Becej, was decided in two parts. First was communication with the hostel, preparing all the necessaries, designing and creating the Infospace, and communication with partners. The second preparation phase consisted actually doing the activity and preparing the dissemination and info session that every country do after coming back in their own countries. At the end of the project the cohesion between people with disabilities and people without was on highly satisfaction level, they discuss and work on themselves which resulted with new tools that can help them to discover their strengths and be more aware what kind of job they want.
