As an youth organization, we are deeply involved with "active citizenship, social inclusion and participation". We have been organizing activities to encourage our youngsters to participate in our activities with the titles mentioned above. With these activities we believe that our youngsters come to a certain point where they feel themselves more self confident and improved. But due to the changing and becoming more global world everyday, they need more to be more efficient. So European Voluntary Service is big chance for both sides; hosting, sending and volunteers. The main beneficiaries of this activity of course are the volunteers themselves. Because they will be able to to find an environment to test their capacity, to improve their capacity and qualifications. Moreover they will acquire capabilities for mutual understanding, tolerance to differences and solidarity. Plus they will also have time to explore new worlds and have fun. Hosting organizations are also benefiting from the EVS since they host many young people from different cultures and backgrounds. The hosting organizations are experienced how to welcome differences to their local communities and create a platform for a successful exchange of experiences. The sending organizations will also benefit from the activities. They have the opportunity to create a fruitful activity period for their members and young people. Also they will have the chance to benefit the inputs of ex-volunteers.
