Youth workers from seven countries defined a common problem, which is currently solved when working with young people and they want to deal with - among young people is spreading xenophobia, ethnic and racial intolerance, aggressiveness and it is radical.This project wants to solves a problem throughout Europe.The project consists of two activities:1. Mobility of youth workers from program countries and partner countries / in the application A1 + A22. Youth exchange of program countries and partner countries of A3 + A4The main aim of the mobility of youth workersEnable organizations to develop and strengthen cooperation, enhance their ability to engage in international cooperation, to share and compare ideas, thoughts and methods.The main objective of youth mobility/youth exchangeImprove the level of key competencies and skills of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities and promote their participation in democratic life in Europe and the labor market, their active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity.The main output of the mobility of youth workers and youth exchange is the introduction of virtual mobility in a portfolio of their work.In the project will be used methods of formal, informal and non-formal education, which will allow target groups to better understand the causes and effects of xenophobia, ethnic and racial intolerance, aggression and radicalizing youth. Innovativeness of the project is in the introduction of elements of virtual mobility to portfolio of partner organizations. Impact of the project will be at the local, national and European level. The project outcomes will be freely available on the Internet.
