APPLICANT ORGANISATION: The association Agisco dealing with human rights and legality since 2010. We carried out several projects to engagem involve and motivate young people to form a positive awareness of human rights. Born from the experience of the youth leader of the napolitan movement antimafia, Agisco growth in the adovocacy and representation of youth policy specializing in education and training. The association is dedicated to quality education and training to promote understanding, attitudes and actions to develop active citizenship. Workin activity In order to have real impacts, the participants will live a full immersion in the experiential learning cycle: doing/ feeling, reflecting, transferring. All the activities will be carried out according to the non-formal education: workshops, role play, case studies, simulations, interactive tours and discussions, through which young people participants will "learn by doing". The pedagogical process A fundamental flow during the training is based upon: - Experiencing: different educational settings, different non formal education methods (role play, simulation game, exercise...) - Reflecting: on the methods and its impacts, on the power and limits of NFE, on building a pedagogical process... - Transferring: to the own reality of participants, in order to improve ways of working with young people - Sharing: different perceptions, current situations and experiences. - Developing: the building capacity of the participants, by including them in the decision process of the project designing (participants will decide some sessions they feel they need to have) but also in the implementation of the program (power to people moments). The course is designed to encourage the use of “Compass a manual that “aspires to be a global tool for human rights education (HRE), including legal texts, theoretical background on human rights and HRE and on key human rights issues. Its core remains the methods, activities, exercises or games that make it practical for users.
