Aim of this project is through organisating of educational and cultural activities within Youth club, and in direct work with young people that includes organisation and implementation of capacity building activities of young people in local community for active engagement in community, offering them opportunity to learn, think and starting initiative, what in same time strengthen their competences for employment, bigger mobility, promote European citizenship, that in long-term contribute to prevention of social exclusion and bigger youth mobility and in same time to employment. In this project EVS an while promoting their work, make other young people interested on local, national and international level local volunteers will gain knowledge and skills, improve them, but also inform young people as tools used in this project will be social networks, web portals and direct community work. Volunteer will have opportunity to assist in Youth club and through direct work with young people, that includes, organisation and implementation of activities as movie nights, workshops with children and youth, sport activities, outdoor and outreach activities, educational courses in culture and art, work with unemployed young people and independently create additional activity for Youth club. Project activities include aspects of non-formal education, informing young people and strengthening capacities related to employment of youth (training enterpreneurship skills, CV and motivation letter development; informing related to youth mobility, promotion of EVS, Erasmus + programmes, camps, trainings and activities related to youth exchanges and on that way strengthen capacities of young people for active engagements in their community offering them opportunity to learn, think and start initiative, what strenghten capacities for employment of young people, higher mobility, promote European citizenship what in long-term contribute to prevention of social exclusion and bigger inclusion of young people. Beside that different educational, sport and social contents in YPGD Youth club work will offer young people with fewer opportunities - unemployed young people and national minorities and EVS volunteers place where they can be creators of their own and show and develop their creativity, develop new initiative spirit, entrepreneurship skills , develop their their potentials and competences. Beneficiaries of the project will be young people, age range 15-30 years old. Project will be implemented in the city of Vukovar and surrounding area. Project will last 12 months, and two volunteers will be involved in youth club activities through direct work with young people
